Do you feel like you are in a season of uncertainty?
Like you are wandering and wondering which way to go
Maybe you have encountered one closed door after another so you just feel trapped and you’re thinking: Where am I? Jesus, help! I don’t even know how to go back where I came from.
Friends, I want you to know that you are not alone and even if you be the least street-savvy sheep ever, you have a Good Shepherd that is so adept at finding you!
In Luke 15:4, Jesus says:
What man of you, having a hundred sheep, if he loses one of them, does not leave the ninety-nine in the wilderness, and go after the one which is lost until he finds it.
When I was reading this, I just had this image of a sheep stuck in a muddy hole in the ground with debris that had collapsed over the hole, only leaving a small opening for the light of the day to filter in.
Maybe you feel this way or worse, you feel like you’re in deep darkness.
But sometimes, coming to our wits end, a place of paralysis, is a right place to be because there is where Jesus finds you.
Jesus is not limited by our thoughts, His ways are above our ways and He has a perfect rescue plan just for your situation. He finds you, embraces you and carries you out of your pit of trouble into rejoicing!
If you need saving today and you’re saying, Jesus, only You can save me.
I am telling you, the Lord will not rest until He finds you and puts you on His shoulders.
Pause for a moment and see Jesus saying this:
I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep (John 10:11)
Isn’t this beautiful? God would stop at nothing to love you. The lamb of God was crucified at the cross for you...you are so loved ♥
Jesus came to save and if He had saved you once, He can save you again and again and AGAIN!
Take heart beloveds, Daddy God hears your cries.
This week, just be still in His presence.
Stay where you are.
The Good Shepherd is coming for you!
